David Mattin
David Mattin, Head of Trends & Insights at TrendWatching, has over 12 years experience in writing and speaking about technological, social and cultural change.
After graduating from the University of Cambridge, David's career began at the features desk of The Times. Since then, his business, innovation and trends journalism has appeared everywhere from Fast Company to the Guardian to Google Think Quarterly. An experienced broadcaster, David also has written and presented documentaries for BBC Radio 4.
Today David is responsible for trend thinking across free and Premium content at TrendWatching. As an innovation and consumer insight expert, he is regularly quoted across UK broadsheets and by international media. David is the co-author of Trend-Driven Innovation, published by Wiley.
David is also an accomplished keynote speaker. Recent engagements include keynotes for The Next Web, Condé Nast International, NEXT Conference and Virgin Mobile.
Stephan Loerke
Stephan has been the
CEO of the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) since November 2003.
During his tenure, WFA has doubled its corporate membership and has extended its network to 58 countries, significantly reinforcing the WFA's presence in the world's fastest emerging advertising markets.
Prior to joining WFA, Stephan worked for L'Oréal in Paris and Brussels. He studied business economics at the Saint Gall Business School in Switzerland, after which he worked at the United Nations in New York.
Stephan has German and French nationalities. He is married to Sabine and has two sons, Sebastian and Alexandre.
Taide Guajardo
Brand Operations Leader Europe Procter & Gamble. Taide Guajardo was born in 1967 in Mexico City, Mexico. She graduated with a Master's Degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona. She joined Procter & Gamble Mexico in 1990 and started her international career in 1992, when she was appointed Brand Manager in Poland, becoming part of the foundation of what this subsidiary is today. She then went to Italy as Associate Marketing Director where she performed roles in Laundry and Sales, Media and Brand Operations. She then moved to the Geneva European HQ as Western European Brand Operations leader, expanding her responsibilities for all of Europe as of July 2014. Taide leads a team of over 300 marketers in the European countries that have as mission to lead the industry with outstanding marketing capabilities and execution on Media, CRM, Digital and In store communication.
Sophy Protonotariou
Sophy Protonotariou, Founder of Truberries in Greece and Cyprus, since 2012.
After her Bachelor in Applied Mathematics from the Aristot. University of Salonica, Sophy combined Theoretical and Applied Statistics (Université Paris VI, Paris) with Psychology, Systemic Consultation and Leadership (the Kensington Consultation Center London), as well as with specialized trainings in Creative Intelligence and Creative Writing.
With 20+ professional experience in Market Research Agencies (Research International etc), Sophy has a rich professional background as Project Designer, Data Analyst, Virtual Team Leader, Vision Maker, Business Thinker. During the last 10 years, she has successfully led a big number of Market Knowledge projects, conducted in 40+ markets of the world (Europe, Asia, Africa, USA).

Konstantinos Theotokas is the Founder and CEO of ATCOM SA (www.atcom.gr), the leading Digital Business Agency in Greece. Since 2000, Mr. Theotokas has been setting its strategic direction and overseeing business development. Today the company continues its successful progress and heads towards innovative expansions into new service areas.
His leadership, along with ATCOM's competence of 120 digital experts, has contributed not only to the company's extensive project portfolio and unrivalled experience in the creation of digital products of any kind, but also to ATCOM's growth and establishment as a Digital Business consultancy.
He is the man behind the success story of several other companies in digital business. Having foreseen their potential he played a pivotal role in the development of companies such as Skroutz SA, Linkwise and Mindworks, Greece's fastest growing digital agency, which turned out to be a highly successful spin-off, giving birth to Isobar/iProspect Greece. He still serves as Member of the Board for these companies.

He is responsible for the strategic initiatives for the effective use of technology and the adoption of digital technology across the spectrum of Group's activities. Mr. S. Sirmakezis is a member of the Executive Board of the Bank. Moreover, he is representative of the Hellenic Bank Association (HBA) to the European Banking Federation's Payment Systems Committee, and he serves on the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service Board of Directors.
He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Crete. Prior to Eurobank, Mr. Sirmakezis served 15 years at Piraeus Bank Group, as a General Manager, Retail Banking & Electronic Business (2012-2015) and Director of Electronic Banking (2000-2012).
Constantine Kamaras
Chairman of the Board of Directors, IAB Europe
Constantine has been passionate about the media business since the start of his career in the early 90s. Early stints included Lambrakis Press (93-96), as Head of Electronic Publishing (which pre-web meant...audiotext!) and the Paris-based World Association of Newspapers (96-2000), as Director of Management Services to members. Over the last decade or so, he has been sitting on the Boards of leading Greek companies, advising them on Digital Strategy & Business Development as well as Corporate and Brand Communications.
As association work can be quite addictive, Constantine continues to be active in trade bodies: a founder of IAB Greece in 2001 and co-founder of IAB Europe in 2002, he currently serves as IAB Europe's Chairman of the Board of Directors since May 2013. He is also an adviser to OPA Europe, working with a select group of premium content providers on the association's "best practices in digital publishing" program.
Tariq Syed
Tariq Syed currently serves as Managing Director Digital Assets and Thematic Channels at the ANTENNA Group, responsible for all digital activities and investments globally as well as for thematic tv channels.
Prior to this he was at Universal Networks International, where he served as Managing Director, Central Europe, responsible for TV channels across 12 territories.
He has also held the position of Vice President, International Business Development at NBC Universal, leading global M&A and strategic projects across TV Production, Digital, Channels, Universal Pictures and Home entertainment.
He began his career at British Telecom in key positions related to business development of the company, and has an extensive and diverse business background which includes experience in the mobile phone company O2 and Bear Stearns' Telecoms Media and Technology (TMT) Investment Banking team in London.
Andonis Passas

Greece and abroad, he started his career in the UK, where he also concluded his
graduate and postgraduate studies.
Upon his repatriation in Greece, he has followed a professional path in Media during which he worked for ADEL/Saatchi & Saatchi, Starcom and UM, undertaking his first managerial positions. Holder of several industry-festival awards. In 2003 he assumed the management of ZenithOptimedia. In the years that followed ZenithOptimedia evolved into a key market player while it has built an equally substantial client portfolio.
As of 2015 he heads the Publicis Group management in Greece, while as of 2016 he leads the Publicis One operational model.
